Chakaiseki Akiyoshi will reopen its doors on Wednesday, September 25, for lunch.

Since obtaining a Michelin star last March, Chakaiseki Akiyoshi has consistently delighted its patrons. To approach the end-of-year season with renewed inspiration, our chef Yuichiro Akiyoshi traveled to Japan for a complete rejuvenation. “Recalibrating one’s palate is essential when one has been away from Japan for too long,” confides this esteemed professional in Japanese cuisine.

Chakaiseki Akiyoshi will reopen its doors on Wednesday, September 25, for lunch.

Starting October 1, a new policy will be implemented at Chakaiseki Akiyoshi: during reservations, you will first select your seating, with menu prices varying based on the chosen location.

“At the Chef’s Counter,” you are front row for the spectacle! The chef prepares and presents the dishes directly in front of the guests.

“At the Tea Ceremony Counter,” you can observe the chef’s meticulous artistry in both the plating of dishes and the ritualistic gestures of the tea ceremony.
