We are honored to be selected for La Liste 1000 France！

Opened in Paris in 2023, “Chakaiseki Akiyoshi” embodies our desire to share the richness of Japanese cuisine and culture with the world. This ranking in the prestigious Top 1000 of La Liste is a testament to the dedication and support of everyone who has accompanied us on this journey. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all of you.

“Chakaiseki Akiyoshi” will remain open until December 31 of this year. On December 30 and 31, we will be open exclusively for dinner, offering a special menu for these two evenings. We invite you to experience an unforgettable evening at our restaurant, where you can savor authentic chakaiseki cuisine, carefully prepared by Chef Akiyoshi, while discovering traditional Japanese art in the elegant setting of Paris.
