To approach the end-of-year season with renewed inspiration, our chef Yuichiro Akiyoshi traveled to Japan for a complete rejuvenation. “Recalibrating one\u2019s palate is essential when one has been away from Japan for too long,” confides this esteemed professional in Japanese cuisine.<\/p>\n
Chakaiseki Akiyoshi will reopen its doors on Wednesday, September 25, for lunch.<\/p>\n
Starting October 1, a new policy will be implemented at Chakaiseki Akiyoshi: during reservations, you will first select your seating, with menu prices varying based on the chosen location.<\/p>\n
